ABOUT US
The mission of Arkansas Equal Justice Watch is to encourage state leaders to support equal justice for all Arkansans, particularly for those Arkansans who can't afford legal representation in civil cases. This website was created to help constituents easily research civil justice issues in their area and throughout Arkansas. Visitors can also use this website to locate and contact their Representatives and Senators about civil legal aid .
Additionally, Arkansas Equal Justice Watch hopes that elected officials will use this site to research justice issues in their areas. If you are a member of the legislative assembly and would like more information, please sign up for the Justice Report e-newsletter (distributed to over 1200 Arkansas attorneys, judges and other members of the justice community).
Arkansas Equal Justice Watch is a project of the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission. The Commission’s goal is to provide equal access to justice in civil cases to all Arkansans.
